Block A: Saturday,  March 20, 2010: 1:30 pm – 2:30pm, LAB D
Block B: Saturday, March 20, 2010: 3:40 pm – 4:40 pm, LAB D

1. Please schedule your project presentation. Find time between March 18 to 19 from 10:00 to 4:30 (30 minute interval each group.
2. Please bring your pre-project check-up list.
3. The Rubrics for the Project is as follows:
   • Formation Aspect - Quality of Work, Learnings from the Project, Work Ethics and Cooperative Work
   • Functionality Aspect – Project Specification, PHP Coding, Database Usage, Add-Edit-Delete Function, Search and Sorting, Log-in Mechanism, Feedback and Error handling.
   • Features Aspect – Content, Graphics and color, Lay-out design, Fonts and Tables, Navigation.
4. On your scheduled presentation, please secure the following in a brown short envelope. (use 8.5 x 11 bond paper, 1 inch margin, font type Calibri or Arial size 12 for your documentation)

5. Please come 15 minutes before your scheduled time. A 1 point deduction shall be given to every minute late. This shall be deducted under the FORMATION aspect category.
6. Please install or setup your project before your scheduled time. Bringing a laptop is an advantage. A 10 point deduction shall be given to groups who setup the project on their schedule time. This shall be deducted under the FUNCTIONALITY aspect.
7. No-show groups forfeit their chance to present their project, thus, automatically getting an F for the project.

Final Exam and Requirements

1. We shall have our Final “exam” on March 16, 2010.
