Final Project Presentation
- Please schedule your project presentation. Find time between March 18 to 19 from 10:00 to 4:30 (30 minute interval each group.
- Please bring your pre-project check-up list.
- The Rubrics for the Project is as follows:
- Formation Aspect - Quality of Work, Learnings from the Project, Work Ethics and Cooperative Work
- Functionality Aspect – Project Specification, PHP Coding, Database Usage, Add-Edit-Delete Function, Search and Sorting, Log-in Mechanism, Feedback and Error handling.
- Features Aspect – Content, Graphics and color, Lay-out design, Fonts and Tables, Navigation.
- On your scheduled presentation, please secure the following in a brown short envelope. (use 8.5 x 11 bond paper, 1 inch margin, font type Calibri or Arial size 12 for your documentation)

- Group Member’s Evaluation sheet (1 page)
- Revised Project Brief
- Cover Page (1 page)
- Project Overview(1 page)
- Hardware and Software specifications (1 page)
- Intented users of the website. (1 page)
- Website Features and Capabilites (1 – 2 pages) (what can it do?)
- Website Limitations (1 page) (what it cannot do?)
- List of Members and their contribution to the project (1 page)
- Revised Site Map (1 page)
- ER Diagram and Data Dictionary (1 page each)
- Please come 15 minutes before your scheduled time. A 1 point deduction shall be given to every minute late. This shall be deducted under the FORMATION aspect category.
- Please install or setup your project before your scheduled time. Bringing a laptop is an advantage. A 10 point deduction shall be given to groups who setup the project on their schedule time. This shall be deducted under the FUNCTIONALITY aspect.
- No-show groups forfeit their chance to present their project, thus, automatically getting an F for the project.
Final Exam and Requirements
- We shall have our Final “exam” on March 16, 2010.
