Final Project for IM-32

It is time to integrate what you’ve learn in PHP+SQL:

Make a Web application that will maximize the PHP+SQL technology.

1. The website should be user-friendly, simple and attractive.

2. The website should do the following functions: Add, Update, Delete and View Data

3. The Database should use more than two tables, which is interlinked with each other.

Tuesday, February 2, 2010: Pass the following Requirements

• Project Brief – an introduction of your project (10 points)
• Flowchart or site map (20 points)
• ER Diagram with Data Dictionary (2o points)

March 11-13: Project Presentation

• Form (Web Design, User Friendliness, Attractiveness) (20 points)
• Function (Does it deliver the necessary requirements of the task) (30 points)
• Features (Additional Points will be given to added features) (10 points)

Hospital Billing System – Chaves’s Group (block b)

expected output:

      • Entry form of items being sold and its’ price

        • All the sales from one point of date to another
        • An inventory of Products being sold (bonus!)

Simple Enrolment System – Culanag’s Group (block b) and Mr. Go’s Group (block a)

    • There should be modules for
      • students to register themselves (check security issues here)
        • upon entry, students can enroll to a subject
        • also, students can view all subjects enrolled in the semester
      • administration panel page where (check security issues here)
        • the admin can add, update and delete subjects

Apartelle/Hotel  Reservation System -Creus’s Group (block b) and Doridel’s Group (block a)

    • There should be modules for
      • the on-line ticket manager can
        • add,edit and delete flights with the airplane type, departure date/time, arrival date/time, location to and location from.
        • can view all flights on a given date showing flight number, departure time, arrival time, location to and location from.

        • if registered, he or she can reserve a flight from the list of given flights from the on-line ticket manager.

On-line Ticketing System -Miano’s Group (block b) and Acebu’s Group (block a)

  • There should be modules for
    • the on-line ticket manager can
      • add,edit and delete flights with the airplane type, departure date/time, arrival date/time, location to and location from.
      • can view all flights on a given date showing flight number, departure time, arrival time, location to and location from.
    • customer module

Improved Version of Telephone Directory (Bongcahig’s Group, block a)
